These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the MQWin platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using MQWin, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator's jurisdiction — to register and use MQWin. Proof of age and identity verification is required before withdrawals are processed.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry windows. MQWin publishes these conditions clearly. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, will result in account suspension.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR via available operator-approved channels. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply. Withdrawal requests require successful KYC verification before funds are released.
Fraudulent activity, match fixing, collusion, use of automated betting systems or exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Section 01
Welcome to MQWin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and MQWin ("MQWin", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://mqwin.cam (the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Important notice for Pakistani users: Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under applicable laws in Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. MQWin does not provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. Section 02
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

| KYC | Know Your Customer verification — the process by which MQWin verifies a user's identity, age and address using government-issued documentation such as a CNIC or passport. |
| Platform | The MQWin website at https://mqwin.cam, including all associated pages, services, tools and content accessible through that domain. |
| Wagering Requirement | The minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or any winnings derived from it, can be withdrawn. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×). |
| Restricted Jurisdiction | Any territory or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, or where MQWin is not licensed to offer its services. |
Section 03
To register and maintain an Account on MQWin, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:
Registering on behalf of a minor, allowing a minor to use your Account, or circumventing age verification controls are serious violations of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities.
Section 04
To access the full functionality of the Platform, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on MQWin. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
MQWin is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing any withdrawal request. As part of KYC, you may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe notified by MQWin may result in suspension of your Account and restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. MQWin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify MQWin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
Section 05
Deposits must be made using payment methods currently approved and available on the Platform. All deposits are denominated in PKR. The minimum deposit amount will be displayed at the time of transaction and is subject to change by the operator. Funds deposited must originate from a payment source that belongs to and is owned by you — third-party deposits are not permitted.
For context, familiar Pakistan payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL online banking, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah transfers are mentioned as illustrative touchpoints for Pakistani users. The actual availability of any specific payment method depends on the operator's current supported channels. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) may also be available where permitted.
The mention of any payment service provider on this Platform does not imply that the provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with online gambling operations. Users must verify independently which payment methods are currently available and applicable to their account.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully verified (KYC-complete) Account holders. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing times are published on the Platform and are subject to change.
MQWin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse or Terms violation.
All Account balances, transactions and bonus amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a user deposits via cryptocurrency, the equivalent PKR value will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Section 06
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. MQWin reserves the right to void, cancel or amend bets where there is evidence of a palpable error in odds compilation, a data feed error, or where the outcome of an event is affected by circumstances beyond normal sporting conduct.
Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral Test and T20I series — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published on the Platform. In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. Market suspensions may occur at any time during live play due to data feed delays or scoring reviews. Settled results are final unless subject to a verifiable scoring error.
All live casino games and slot titles are provided by third-party game studios. The rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages and paytables for each game are available within the individual game interface. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-run statistical return and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may vary by market, game type and Account status. MQWin reserves the right to impose individual stake limits at its discretion.
Section 07
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by MQWin are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover), game contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and time-limited validity windows. These specific terms accompany each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Welcome offers are available to new registered users who have completed the registration process and made their first qualifying deposit. Welcome offers are limited to one per user, household, IP address, payment method and device. MQWin reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (expressed as a multiplier) before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is unlocked.
MQWin employs monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk or mathematically arbitraged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or using automated betting systems during active bonus play. Where abuse is identified, MQWin reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, close the Account and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
MQWin operates a tiered loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) providing qualified players with points multipliers, cashback, faster withdrawal processing and other benefits. Loyalty programme terms, tier thresholds and benefit schedules are published separately on the Platform and are subject to change.
Section 08
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the MQWin Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, odds data and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of MQWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any content or software on the Platform without prior written permission from MQWin.
Section 10
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MQWin, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or any system unavailability.
MQWin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. You access the Platform at your own risk. MQWin's total aggregate liability to you for direct losses shall in no event exceed the lesser of (a) the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) PKR 25,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by MQWin's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Section 11
MQWin collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, account management and marketing communications (where you have provided consent).
MQWin uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect personal and financial data. We do not sell personal data to third parties. For full details on your data rights, data retention periods and how to submit a data subject request, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Section 12
MQWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options to help users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from the account dashboard.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that the outcome of any bet or game is determined by chance. MQWin strongly encourages you to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose, to set personal limits before playing, and to seek help if gambling is causing you or others distress.

Section 13
You may close your Account at any time by contacting MQWin support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied or forfeited, and any real-money balance may be withdrawn subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.
MQWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) MQWin has reasonable grounds to believe your Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity; (c) you are found to be resident in or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction; or (d) MQWin is required to do so by any regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or court order.
Where an Account is terminated by MQWin due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at MQWin's discretion following completion of the investigation process.
Section 14
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MQWin holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through MQWin's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, where such rights cannot be lawfully excluded by contract.
Pakistani users are reminded that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may affect your ability to use this Platform. MQWin does not make any representation that the Platform is lawful for use in Pakistan and does not provide legal advice. Please seek independent legal advice if you are uncertain about your legal position.
Section 15
MQWin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, MQWin will provide reasonable notice via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect any amendments.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the revision takes effect.
